You maintain sole responsibility for all activity under your account credentials and the accuracy of information in your profile. Do not share login details or create accounts for others. InstaDate may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or compromise platform integrity.
Acceptable Use and Community Standards
InstaDate prioritizes dialogue that builds confidence and connection. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, explicit content without consent, or any behavior that undermines genuine conversation. We moderate reported content and may restrict access to users who disregard these standards.
Intellectual Property Rights
InstaDate owns the platform software, design elements, and branding. You retain ownership of original content you create and share, but grant us a license to display, store, and distribute that content as necessary to operate our services. This license terminates when you remove content or delete your account.
Limitation of Liability
InstaDate provides tools for connection but does not guarantee specific outcomes or verify all user information. We are not liable for damages arising from platform use, including unsatisfactory interactions, data loss, or third-party conduct, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding six months.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to access InstaDate ceases, though some data may persist in backups as described in our privacy policy.
Dispute Resolution
Most concerns can be resolved through our support channels. For formal disputes, you agree to attempt mediation before litigation. These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Claims must be filed within one year of the incident giving rise to the dispute.
